1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made for products, services, courses, events, memberships, subscriptions, educational offerings, digital access, and other paid services offered through Doctor4Doctor.

By making a payment through the platform, you agree to this policy.

2. General Refund Policy

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by VAIDYAKHYANJAALA PRIVATE LIMITED, all payments made through Doctor4Doctor are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be provided:

• Where required by applicable law
• Where expressly approved in writing by the Company
• Where a duplicate payment is successfully verified
• Where a payment was charged due to a confirmed technical error attributable to the platform

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Course registrations

• Webinar purchases
• Educational digital content
• Downloadable materials
• Membership fees
• Premium access plans
• Verification-related payments (if applicable)
• Promotional or discounted purchases
• Time-limited access purchases

4. Event Cancellations by User

If you choose not to attend an event, webinar, workshop, session, or scheduled offering after payment, no refund shall be provided unless legally required or expressly approved by the Company.

5. Course Access Purchases

Once access to a digital course, educational material, or paid content has been granted, such purchase is non-refundable.

This includes cases where:

• You changed your mind
• You did not complete the course
• You did not attend live sessions
• You failed to access content due to your own device/network issues
• You no longer require the content

6. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If VAIDYAKHYANJAALA PRIVATE LIMITED cancels an event, course, offering, or paid service for operational reasons, the Company may, at its discretion:

• Provide a replacement event/session
• Reschedule access
• Issue platform credit
• Issue a partial refund
• Issue a full refund

The chosen remedy shall be determined by the Company.

7. Duplicate Payments

If duplicate charges occur due to a verified payment error, you may request review by contacting support.

Verified duplicate payments may be refunded.

8. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but funds appear debited:

• Processing delays may occur
• Bank settlement timing may vary
• Payment processor timelines may apply

Users should first wait for processor reconciliation before requesting intervention.

9. Payment Processor

Payments are processed via Razorpay and/or authorized payment partners.

Payment disputes may also be subject to payment processor rules.

We are not responsible for external banking delays, processor outages, or intermediary failures.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Improper chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment reversals may result in:

• Account suspension
• Service restriction
• Termination of access
• Recovery proceedings where legally permitted

11. Promotional Offers

Discounted, promotional, coupon-based, or special pricing purchases are generally non-refundable.
